The conversion and redevelopment of three buildings in the Covent Garden conservation area from office/commercial to a mixed use scheme with an ever evolving brief. The project included the renovation of Georgian grade II* listed building and lateral conversion and mansard extension of two Victorian terraces. The restaurant and retail uses at ground level were be maintained and kept open during construction at ground level and the upper floors converted and extended back into luxury residential and modernised, boutique office space.
