CONTEMPORARY NEW BUILD
A new build three bedroom house on Heathway in Blackheath. This scheme seeks to maximise the developable envelope by taking its form from the constraints on the site, minimising its impact on the neighbours, trees and views in the conservation area. The rear elevation makes the most of daylight and views out whilst addressing concerns of daylight and sunlight to the neighbouring development by setting back at the upper levels. E2 have managed to secure planning permission following a protracted planning committee hearing process at Greenwich council. Despite frustrations and setbacks to the schedule, due to backlog at the planning department, we are now excited to announce the next phase of this new build house project.
